# Accessibility
Everyone should be able to read this site, ask a question and book a free call, in the way that works for them.
Our commitment
Bradford Naturopath is committed to treating people with disabilities with dignity and to providing equal access to our information and services, in keeping with Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
This website
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA. In practice that means:
- text you can resize, with strong colour contrast;
- pages that work with a keyboard and with screen readers;
- descriptions for meaningful images;
- videos that play muted, carry no spoken information, and stop when your device asks for reduced motion;
- forms with clear labels and error messages that say what to fix.
If something on the site doesn't work for you, we want to know.
Other formats and help
If you'd like information from this site in another format, or need help requesting your free call, contact us and we'll work with you to find something that works. The free call itself can be by phone, by video or in clinic.
