By using this website, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so here they are in plain words.
Who runs this site
This website isn't medical advice
Everything on this site is general information. It isn't medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan for you, and reading it doesn't make you a patient. Decisions about your care are made with the ND, or with your family doctor, once they know your health.
In an emergency, call 911. If you're thinking about suicide, call or text 9-8-8. For health advice from a registered nurse at any hour, you can call Health811 by dialling 811.
The free 10-minute call
The free call is a short conversation about fit: what's going on, how a first visit works, and what it costs. It isn't an assessment or a consultation, and there's nothing to buy. Requesting a call doesn't book a visit. A person from the practice gets back to you to set a time.
Visits
First visits happen in person at the clinic. The ND will tell you if something needs a medical doctor or nurse practitioner, and refer you when it does.

Using the site
You agree to give accurate contact details and to use the site lawfully. Please don't send health information through the website form; it asks only how to reach you.
Our content
The words, images and design on this site belong to Bradford Naturopath or are used with permission. You're welcome to read, share links to and print pages for your own use.
Links to other websites
We link to outside sites, such as the College of Naturopaths of Ontario's public register, so you can check things for yourself. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
Limits
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
